Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital travel guides, eBooks, and downloadable content are final and non-refundable once the download or access has been provided, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

However, we understand that issues may arise, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. If you encounter any of the following issues with your digital purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase:

  • Technical download problems where you have not successfully received the product
  • Significant content errors or outdated information that renders the guide substantially unusable
  • Product significantly not as described

In these cases, we will work to resolve the issue by providing a corrected version of the product or, at our discretion, issuing a refund.

2.2 Digital Subscriptions

For subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period once it has begun.
  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if canceled within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
  • No refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions canceled after 30 days from purchase or renewal.

3. Custom Travel Itineraries

For personalized travel itineraries and consultation services:

  • Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellation after initial consultation but before delivery of final itinerary: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation after delivery of final itinerary: No refund.

If you are dissatisfied with your custom itinerary upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary. If we cannot resolve the issues to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

4. Virtual Consultation Services

For scheduled virtual travel consultations:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled consultation: Full refund.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before scheduled consultation: 50% refund or option to reschedule once at no additional cost.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled consultation: No refund, but option to reschedule for a 25% additional fee.

If a consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund at your preference.

5. Physical Products

If we offer any physical products (such as printed travel guides or merchandise):

  • Return within 30 days: Full refund of the product price (shipping costs not refunded unless the product was defective).
  • Defective or damaged products: Full refund including original shipping costs, or replacement at no additional cost.
  • Incorrect items shipped: Full refund including return shipping costs, or correct replacement at no additional cost.

All returned physical products must be in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging when possible.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. For physical products, you will receive return instructions if your return request is approved.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected (for physical products), or your refund request is approved (for digital products and services), we will process your refund.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after we have processed the refund on our end.

  • Due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount in your local currency may differ from the original amount paid.
